I’m going to start something new, a guide to what kind of products you should get and why based on your current habits. These recommendations will help you to get the best out of your products and make sure you get the right stuff. Now on to the real stuff!
Recreational Activity. This is someone that doesn’t work out or have a lot of activity per week, such as walking, jogging, light biking, or playing in the backyard with their kids and typically participate in up to four hours of light-to-moderate activity. This would probably be the area where I would personally fall in to because of the fact that I don’t spend a lot of my week doing activity on my own.
There are some things that are good for your workouts and to enhance them so that you can get the best outcome in the long run. Now, for any person that does workout (or went to high school), you know that you must stretch and prepare before and after the workout and to stay hydrated during the workout. For the casual performer, there are some things that you should have before-hand.
Before. Before your workout begins, you want to make sure you have enough energy to keep up the energy. For energy you can start off with a Rhodiola 110 supplement and/or Energy Bars. Both will provide the energy that you need in order to complete your workout and complete your entire day with plenty of energy! Personally, I take Rhodiola 110 when I did not get a complete night of rest. It keeps me energized, even more than a cup of coffee does!
During. During your workout, you want to make sure you always stay hydrated. I recommend getting a Sugar-Free Sports Drink. This is the one that I recommend because of the fact that it helps replace fluids and electrolytes lost during intense activity, and aids in energy production. It also helps protect against harmful free radicals generated by exercise. Finally, there are artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, making it the best option for your sporting needs. If you wish to make your own Sports Drink, you can choose to get the ROC20 Sports Drink Mix. It has the same benefits, you just mix that with water to create your own drink for a lot less cost
After. After you are done with your workout, you still want to stay hydrated and get the Sugar-Free Sports Drink as well as the ROC20 Sports Drink Mix to get back the fluids and electrolytes that were lost. It also helps make recovery a lot easier on your body.
Throughout. Throughout your day, you should be taking things that will help your body maintain it’s healthy stature. You should be taking a Multivitamin, such as DOUBLE X (which you take twice a day and has a greater percentage of vitamins and minerals) or Daily Multivitamin/Multimineral (which you can take just once a day). Both are all natural and are great for your health, but I highly recommend DOUBLE X, however, both have more nutrients in it than other brands (which is a great thing).
So there it goes for the people who are more relaxed and less inclined to be involved in heavy activity. Not as many products are needed as someone who is very active or athletic. I will later post about how other people who are more active should be handling their workouts. As always, I have samples of some of these products if you would like. Just contact me and I will be happy to sample them out for you. If there are any questions, feel free to ask.
